About the role
- Duties & Responsibilities In accordance with departmental and University policies and procedures, process travel reimbursements, miscellaneous expense reimbursements, and invoices for faculty, staff, and students.
- This includes reviewing Banner to verify fund availability and resolving any issues with the requestor.
- Reconcile statement transactions to ensure compliance with University polices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental and University business and finance regulations, procedures, practices, and policies to interpret and/or compose correspondence, along with answering travel related inquiries from faculty, staff, and students.
- Establish and maintain complex and confidential electronic filing system.
- Perform additional appropriate business and finance duties to further the mission of the department.
