About the role

Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services.

Develop strong client relationships, understanding each organization's policies, business cycles, and compliance requirements to provide tailored recommendations and support.
Manage day-to-day support activities: triage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and oversee timely resolution in alignment with SLAs.
Own Workday release management: analyze feature updates, assess client impact, and coordinate testing and deployment with client teams.
Mentor and lead junior consultants and support analysts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality client service and knowledge transfer.
In this client-facing role, you will lead ongoing support, system optimization, and continuous improvement efforts for multiple clients.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maintain operational excellence, stay compliant, and realize long-term value from their Workday investment.

5+ years of Workday experience, with deep functional expertise in Core HCM and at least two other modules.
Experience in a managed services model.
Experience leading Workday release assessments and regression testing in a multi-client environment.
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role, providing ongoing Workday support and advisory services.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing support demands and strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,768-$201,000.
For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
