Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize sophisticated data harmonization and enrichment strategies to unify disparate data streams from EHRs, HIEs, and claims sources.
  • Design and implement scalable data models and integration solutions that align with organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop clear and concise documentation that effectively communicates data design requirements to engineering teams and stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics, operational, and research initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating the complexities of interoperability standards and frameworks (such as HL7 v2, FHIR CDA/CCD-A, NCPDP) as well as data models (FHIR R4/R5, OMOP).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in clinical informatics, data integration or data architect in healthcare or life sciences industries.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with dbt, Jupyter Notebooks, and
  • Master's degree in a technical field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000 - $154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
