About the role
- Conduct Quality Assurance audits and routine checks, tests, gauging and instrument inspections of materials, work in process and finished product.
- Assure company and product standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved.
- Consult with Quality Manager to resolve quality, production and efficiency problems.
Responsibilities
- Performs in-process, first piece inspection and first article using various measuring equipment.

Skills
- Associates degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- Minimum two years experience in quality control.
- Experience with operating or programming a Sheffield or Zeiss CMM preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong math skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Must be familiar with computers and computer software.
- Work independently with minimal supervision
