About the role
- SUMMARY At Magnolia, the Host is responsible for greeting, checking in, and seating guests and contributing to an efficient front of house flow.
- This position works from Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas.
- It reports to the Assistant Front of House Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage the flow of guests by pre-assigning and seating *
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that is always guest ready *
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to proactively understand and meet guest needs, ensuring a personalized and guest-centric experience.
Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 0- 1 years of related work experience preferred
- Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire

- Eye for detail, accuracy, and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
