Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance for all hazardous waste management, including conducting inspections, managing labeling, establishing waste profiles, scheduling timely waste pickups, overseeing lab packs, ensures compliance. recordkeeping/documentation practices and other compliance items as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years hazardous waste management and general knowledge of EHS programs required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft programs, including word, excel, PowerPoint and willing and able to learn new software for EHS Management.
  • Ability to move full 55-gal drums with manual drum dolly.
  • The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who works well with cross-functional teams under minimal supervision.
  • Escorts EHS vendors as required.

Compensation

  • $102,000 - $119,000 (SF Bay Area). Salary ranges for non-California locations may vary.
  • The compensation package will be competitive and includes comprehensive benefits and an equity component.
