About the role

  • Practice within a Nurse-Physician-based Ambulatory Care Model.
  • Safely administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, and other IV medications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined caseload of adult and pediatric patients receiving outpatient infusions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care across treatment, follow-up, and survivorship.
  • Support and participate in clinical programs that enhance care coordination and patient experience.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)

  • Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Outpatient Ambulatory Infusion Center, where you'll provide specialized oncology infusion care to adult and pediatric patients as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Role Overview
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom management, and patient/family education.
  • Complete a structured orientation and training program designed for ambulatory infusion nursing.
  • Active New Jersey State RN license
  • 1.5 years of RN experience
  • BLS certification

  • Key Qualifications
  • Outpatient infusion experience
  • Chemotherapy certification and APHON
  • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
  • Pediatric infusion experience
