Responsibilities
- Manage a defined caseload of adult and pediatric patients receiving outpatient infusions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care across treatment, follow-up, and survivorship.
- Support and participate in clinical programs that enhance care coordination and patient experience.
Nice to have
- Practice within a Nurse-Physician-based Ambulatory Care Model.
- Safely administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, and other IV medications.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active New Jersey State RN license
- 1.5 years of RN experience
- BLS certification
- Outpatient infusion experience
- Chemotherapy certification and APHON

- Complete a structured orientation and training program designed for ambulatory infusion nursing.
- Key Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
