About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Associate in Client Service to join one our team.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills, strong financial acumen, and a proactive approach to project management.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, at our Seattle headquarters.

Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the new client onboarding process, managing the implementation of accounts and services, and ensuring all related actions are completed with precision.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing high-touch service and proactively addressing their needs.
Independently handle non-Advisor-related inquiries, including administrative support, and money movements.
Proven ability to manage multiple client service functions, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Depending on your level of experience and credentials, competitive base salary starting at: $85,000 - $100,000.

This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
