About the role
- The Systems Engineer is responsible the applications infrastructure across all networks.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.
Responsibilities
- System Design & Implementation: Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
- Security & Redundancy: Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.
- Technical support to make application security compliant.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles.

Skills

- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Preferred
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
