- The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $45.00.
Responsibilities
- Perform California Smog Check inspections in accordance with state regulations.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Perform vehicle inspections and communicate repair recommendations to service advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Current California Smog Inspector License (required).
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice to have
- Smog Repair License is a plus.
- Previous dealership or high-volume automotive repair experience preferred.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
Skills
- Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location.
Compensation
- This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
