About the role
- Participate in monthly Clinical Consultation Meetings.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical support to case managers and other unlicensed staff in adherence with the BBS.
- Assist with developing and implementing clinical training for ODR program.
- Support management regarding clinical support and take the lead with any debriefs as necessary.
- Support team with individuals who need to be placed on a 5150.
- Will not have direct reports and will collaborate with the program manager when a case manager is needing extra support.
Requirements
- Familiarity with severely and chronically mentally ill adults in a community setting.
- Must have or obtain LPS Designation upon hire.
- Experience in DSM-V, trauma informed care, harm reduction techniques.
- Must show demonstrated knowledge of Evidence Based Practices and/or the Recovery Model of treatment.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have demonstrated ability to manage and supervise professional and para-professional staff while handling multiple tasks and relating to diverse groups of clients.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with justice-involved individuals is (preferred).
- Experience working in a non-profit organization (preferred).
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and widely supported internet browsers.
- Ability to collect and analyze data.
- Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
- Current/active registration with the CA BBS.
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Must have the ability to communicate with and relate to a diverse group of people including clients, community, and other staff.
- Must have excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Joseph Center, pay ranges are set using the best available market data for the job at the required location.
