Responsibilities

- Coordinate with product partners to cross-sell a full range of products and services
- Manage a portfolio of commercial relationships with some or all of the following characteristics:
- Perform other duties as assigned
- This role is heavily focused on new business development and is ideal for a commercial banker who thrives on prospecting, relationship building, and driving growth in the marketplace.
- You'll lead the charge in identifying, cultivating, and winning new commercial clients-targeting middle‑market and larger companies-while expanding wallet share with select existing relationships.
- As the primary rainmaker for your portfolio, you'll proactively call on prospects, uncover complex financing opportunities, and partner with internal product experts to deliver customized credit and treasury solutions that meet evolving client needs.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and meet Commerce Bank's driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation
- Annual contribution of $750M to $1.5MM
- $136,850.00 - $215,625.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
