Responsibilities
- Support the monitoring of project cost drivers, market factors, and external conditions that may affect budgets and risk exposure.
- Perform preliminary analyses using established qualitative and quantitative methods, including cost modeling and scenario analysis.
- Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project controls, estimating, and scheduling teams.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of risk registers, cost assessments, and supporting documentation.
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to ensure consistency and accuracy in the risk and cost management processes.
- Turner & Townsend are seeking a Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in risk, cost, or project support roles.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus.
Compensation
- The salary range for this full-time role is $120K - $175K per year.
- Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
- This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
