  • You'll work from a defined strategy and program, translating it into seamless, premium experiences for Fortune 500 executives, founders, and operators.

Responsibilities

  • Event Execution & Operations Own end-to-end execution of UP.Labs events, including executive dinners, salons, and hosted experiences.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to produce event recaps and sales staff to coordinate follow-ups for customer acquisition.
  • Vendor & Logistics Management Source, vet, and manage venues, vendors, and event partners.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple concurrent events.
  • Conferences & External Events Support UP.Labs' presence at key industry conferences and trade shows.
  • UP.Labs Space & Community Support programming and execution of events at the UP.Labs Hangar.
  • Contribute to community-building efforts, including founder and operator events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leadership on event objectives, audience, and programming.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support guest lists, outreach, and staffing.
  • Act as a reliable execution partner, allowing leadership to focus on relationships and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
  • You Should Have 5 - 10+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketing.

Compensation

  • $20k-$40k
