This is a hands-on role focused on bringing events to life across sales, marketing, and community.
You'll work from a defined strategy and program, translating it into seamless, premium experiences for Fortune 500 executives, founders, and operators.
This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, operates independently, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences without requiring heavy oversight.

Event Execution & Operations Own end-to-end execution of UP.Labs events, including executive dinners, salons, and hosted experiences.
Collaborate with the social media team to produce event recaps and sales staff to coordinate follow-ups for customer acquisition.
Vendor & Logistics Management Source, vet, and manage venues, vendors, and event partners.
Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple concurrent events.
Conferences & External Events Support UP.Labs' presence at key industry conferences and trade shows.
UP.Labs Space & Community Support programming and execution of events at the UP.Labs Hangar.
Contribute to community-building efforts, including founder and operator events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leadership on event objectives, audience, and programming.
Coordinate with internal teams to support guest lists, outreach, and staffing.
Act as a reliable execution partner, allowing leadership to focus on relationships and outcomes.

10+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
You Should Have 5 - 10+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketing.

Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where needed.
