Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer or Implementation Specialist, or similar.
Direct experience working within local government or the broader public sector is required.
requiring a valid driver's license, Canadian passport and the ability to travel internationally.
Experience with delivering demos, client discussions, or solution presentations, with the ability to connect product capabilities to real-world use cases.
Strong understanding of municipal operations and the ability to clearly articulate how technology supports operational improvement and service delivery.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a public-sector setting.
Experience with platforms such as EAM or similar municipal solutions is highly desirable.
Familiarity with government procurement processes, including RFPs, is an asset.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
This position requires travel to client locations within Canada and the United States
Hands-on experience supporting or implementing solutions within a municipal environment is a strong asset.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to build credibility with public-sector stakeholders.
