Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer or Implementation Specialist, or similar.
- Direct experience working within local government or the broader public sector is required.
- requiring a valid driver's license, Canadian passport and the ability to travel internationally.
- Experience with delivering demos, client discussions, or solution presentations, with the ability to connect product capabilities to real-world use cases.
- Strong understanding of municipal operations and the ability to clearly articulate how technology supports operational improvement and service delivery.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a public-sector setting.
- Experience with platforms such as EAM or similar municipal solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes, including RFPs, is an asset.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
- This position requires travel to client locations within Canada and the United States
- Hands-on experience supporting or implementing solutions within a municipal environment is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to build credibility with public-sector stakeholders.
