Responsibilities
- Support Sales Engineers on substation surveys on site interventions.
- Support Sales team with the elaboration of repair quotations.
- Product Expertise: Provide support on DC products, including: - DC switchgear, high-speed breakers, and panels - Rectifiers, power converters, and voltage limiting devices - Multi-function protection relays and custom electro-mechanical solutions
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and create clear, accurate solutions.
Requirements
- Do you have experience with custom electro-mechanical solutions or a passion for the electrified rail industry?
- Strong customer orientation, good communication skills and the ability to move within the customer organization.
Nice to have
- DC switchgear, high-speed breakers, and panels
- Rectifiers, power converters, and voltage limiting devices
- Multi-function protection relays and custom electro-mechanical solutions
- Prior experience in power distribution, switchgear manufacturing, or similar roles (3+ years preferred).
