About the role
- There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of creators' businesses and goals, connecting them with Spotify products, programs, and opportunities that can deliver meaningful value.
- Develop and test new ways to support and engage creators, identifying successful approaches that can scale across the broader creator ecosystem.
- Collaborate with teams across Spotify to support priority creators, increase adoption of relevant products and features, and advance partner and company initiatives.
- You identify opportunities, develop ideas, and move work forward in areas where the path may not yet be fully defined.
- You use quantitative and qualitative insights to develop a point of view, make recommendations, and inform partner strategy.
- You'll be a trusted partner to creators, helping them understand their performance, develop their audiences, adopt Spotify products, and find new opportunities to grow.
- You communicate clearly and build credibility with creators, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation
- The United States base range for this position is $92,126-$131,609 USD, plus equity.

- You understand the audio, video, social, and creator landscape, including emerging formats and trends across Lifestyle, Wellness, and Fitness.
- We're looking for a Partner Manager to join Spotify's Content Partnerships team and build meaningful relationships with creators across Lifestyle & Wellness.
- You'll combine creator relationships, data, and sound judgment to help shape how Spotify supports creators across Lifestyle & Wellness, with a particular focus on Fitness.
