About the role

  • Operating 24/7 year-round, the unit requires teammates to participate in holiday and weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
  • Nurse-to-patient ratios typically run at 5:1, while nursing assistants maintain a 6:1 ratio.
  • Known for its strong sense of camaraderie and innovation, the team functions like a family, working together to deliver high-quality care.

Compensation

  • Department: 35803 AMC Mount Pleasant - Med Surg: IU 1 Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Three 12-hour shifts 0700-1930 Rotating weekend and holidays Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.
