- We are looking for a seasoned, self-motivated sales professional who is passionate about selling and eager to help prospects understand how our best practice technology solutions and support can benefit them.
- This role involves pipeline management, follow-up calls, sales team support, agreement reviews, and budgeting.
- We are specifically seeking candidates located in the Canton area, as this role requires local relationship building and on-site engagement within these markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred
