Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, customer interviews, and prototype testing to identify new opportunities and refine existing features.
- Write clear, actionable requirements for design and engineering, and manage sprint cycles with an eye toward fast, high-quality execution.
- Analyze product usage and customer feedback to measure success, validate decisions, and iterate as needed.
- Ensure a cohesive, delightful customer experience that supports Skimmer's mission and brand.
- Build humble, diverse teams who have fun winning.

Requirements
- Proven success leading end-to-end product development in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across teams.
- Experience with common tools like Figma, Sketch, Azure Dev Ops, Notion, Jira, Mixpanel, and Pendo, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a data-informed mindset.
- Experience leading development teams building native web applications including taking at least one product from concept-to-launch successfully.
- Strong user empathy with a passion for field-focused design and a deep understanding of UX best practices.
- AI-forward product manager who has utilized tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, V0, or similar to help accelerate product development.
- Bonus: Experience in vertical SaaS or field service software.
