About the role

  • This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, requiring onsite presence three days per week.
  • Interview Process Local candidates (Chicago area): In-person interview at the client office.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production incidents impacting service quality.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to streamline software delivery.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using industry-standard tools.
  • Provision and maintain containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Analyze system metrics and logs to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize reliability.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance platform stability and customer experience.
  • Provide reactive break-fix support while driving proactive reliability improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
