About the role
- This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, requiring onsite presence three days per week.
- Interview Process Local candidates (Chicago area): In-person interview at the client office.
- Out-of-state candidates: Video interview.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production incidents impacting service quality.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to streamline software delivery.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using industry-standard tools.
- Provision and maintain containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
- Analyze system metrics and logs to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance platform stability and customer experience.
- Provide reactive break-fix support while driving proactive reliability improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
