Responsibilities
- Regional Event Strategy: Design and execute a world-class events calendar-from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every regional engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI tools to scale your workflows and create personalized, cutting-edge experiences for attendees.
- Design and execute a world-class events calendar-from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every regional engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
- You won't just execute- you'll own a critical growth channel, influence how Oasis shows up in the market, and directly impact revenue.
Requirements
- The Experience: 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Conference Expertise: Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse is a significant advantage.
- Multi-Region Experience: Proven track record of executing high-impact events (across different US regions) and managing international vendors.
- Strategic Execution: You are a "doer" who can also think big.
