Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform key client engagements, including economic damages calculations and mass tort-related analyses.
- Manage client relationships and serve in an engagement-management role across multiple matters.
- Lead business development efforts, including expanding existing relationships and cultivating new ones.
- Deliver marketing and technical presentations to clients, prospects, and industry audiences.
- Develop internal systems and processes to improve work product delivery, staff development, and practice efficiency.
- Lead complex client engagements within Stout's Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group, with a focus on mass tort claims.
- Strengthen client relationships, cultivate new business opportunities, and support the continued growth of the practice.
- Develop team members technically and professionally while enhancing practice management processes and delivery standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of consulting experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Professional designations welcome, including CPA, CFA, ASA, CMA, CIRA, CTP, and/or CFE.
- Ability to critically analyze financial statements, claims data, and other financial documents.
- Strong leadership, client-management, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have
- Experience at a professional services firm preferred.
- 4-year degree required
- advanced degree preferred.
- Experience and expertise in mass tort claims required
- related insurance analysis experience is a plus.
