About the role
- Serve as the senior employee relations leader, providing guidance and HR leadership across all employee matters globally, and coaching managers on performance, career development, and feedback

Responsibilities
- Own and drive Nanit's global people strategy, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and executive leadership team on all matters related to talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Design and scale global people programs that drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and a high-performance culture across all geographies
- Build and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle experience - onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts that enable Nanit to scale effectively, including defining team structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and headcount planning across the global organization
- Lead and develop the global talent acquisition function to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent, with a focus on building diverse, high-performing teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience

Requirements
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and people operations
- Must be able to effectively and succinctly communicate in writing and orally to executive management
Nice to have
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role at a high-growth tech company
Compensation
- $220,000 to $270,000 + equity, benefits and unlimited PTO.

- Lead the annual performance management and compensation planning cycle, ensuring rigor, fairness, and alignment to business priorities across the global organization
