About the role
- Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor reporting to the Assistant Controller in Midland, Texas.
- This position will be responsible for the below responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word)
- Superior ability to prioritize activities and meet all deadlines
Nice to have
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- oil and gas experience (exposure to LOE, Capital, and/or Revenue functions) preferred, though public accounting or other relevant experience will also be considered
- Quorum accounting software experience, preferred but not required
