About the role

- We're a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK-North & South).
- Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games.
Responsibilities
- Manage individual training requests and follow up on internal clients' emails.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field - in progress or completed.
- Experience in a similar role, an asset.
- Experience in the technology sector or video game industry, an asset.
Nice to have
- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, en communication, en développement organisationnel ou dans un domaine connexe en cours ou complété;
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais;
- Expérience dans un poste similaire, un atout;
- Expérience dans le secteur de la technologie ou de l'industrie du jeu vidéo, un atout;
- Expérience en développement de modules d'apprentissage en ligne, un atout.
