About the role
- We are looking to hire a Founding Partnerships Strategy & Ops Associate to take ownership of our partnership growth engine.

Responsibilities
- Own partnership initiatives end-to-end, from sourcing and qualification through launch and ongoing optimization
- Help build the operational foundation that enables Blossom to scale partnership growth nationwide
- You will be closely partnered with the founder and the product & bizops teams to identify, build, and scale strategic relationships that accelerate Blossom's growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, referral sources, provider groups, and other key ecosystem partners
- 2+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business operations, consulting, growth, business development, healthcare, or a high-growth, high-standards organization
