  • We're searching for a passionate and innovative Dining Services Coordinator to coordinate our dining experience and help residents savor every moment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports NLCS policies, procedures, guidelines and code of conduct standards
  • Supports dining services operations according to established standards and procedures, taking into account any special requirements
  • Here, every day is filled with flavor, hospitality, and opportunities to create unforgettable dining experiences!
  • Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions

Requirements

  • One-year of Food Service Coordinator experience and Certified Food Service Manager Certification required
  • Ability to prepare/handle food using safe food handling practices
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of weights and measures required
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, provide instruction and train other employees as required
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Maintains accurate resident records as required.

Compensation

  • $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

  • High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred
  • Minimally two years of experience in commercial cooking or healthcare food preparation is required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
