About the role
- This role is for a Field Service Technician specializing in HP Indigo Digital Printing Presses.
- In this role, you'll be the face of HP for our customers, delivering exceptional on-site service, diagnostics, and repairs.
- You'll work from your home base in the greater South Carolina area, traveling to customer sites to ensure their digital printing solutions run flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Proactive Support: Use monitoring tools to identify and prevent potential issues before they impact operations.
- Customer Engagement: Provide clear updates, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, and stoop throughout the day
- Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of digital printing press technology
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typical candidate possesses 4-6 years in field service, technical support, or printing press repair
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- The pay range for this position is $25 to $38 USD per hour (applies to United States of America candidates only).
