About the role
- We have the strategy, capital, business fundamentals, creativity and track record but we need you to bring a passion for process and love of optimization to take us to new heights.
- This role will report directly to the CEO.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement processes that improve performance and drive the organization towards its goals.
- Collaborate with the head of HR on people practices that foster growth and excellence.
