Responsibilities
- Operate as a trusted advisor to the ELT (CEO, CRO, CPO, CTO) on platform strategy, integration roadmap, and the long-term design of the SE function
- 15+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, including experience building or leading SE functions at high-growth enterprise SaaS companies
- Proven ability to advise executive leadership (CEO, CRO, CPO) on platform strategy, GTM motion, and SE function design
- Experience building or significantly maturing an SE function - not just contributing to one
- These professionals thoughtfully integrate AI into their work to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the human judgment and creativity that drives real innovation.
