About the role

- We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator at our Winchester, VA pasta production facility, where we produce Ronzoni pasta.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment at all times, including i nspect ing and conduct ing regular deep cleaning of equipment after each product change
- Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation
Requirements
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- A ble to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Able to respond to alarms and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Able to work well with teammates and communicate with all employees with respect and courtesy
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
- E xperience operating machines
- E xperience in a food manufacturing facility
