Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an experienced Property Condition Assessment (PCA) Manager to join our Baltimore office. This position is ideal for a professional with 5-10 years of experience conducting and managing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Property Condition Needs Assessments (PCNAs), and environmental due diligence projects
for commercial real estate clients. Responsibilities Conduct and manage Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Property Condition Needs Assessments (PCNAs) Evaluate commercial building systems, including site improvements, structural systems, building envelope, and MEP systems Identify deficiencies and develop repair recommendations with associated cost
