About the role

- Join Our Team in the Prepared Foods Division.
- Shift: 3rd Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems, document and calculate results accurately, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Support the calculation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by gathering and entering data, and creating and maintaining Performance Boards.
- Take inventories, monitor inspection lots, and support employees and supervisors in the system.
- Provide and monitor operations workflow through the design of workflows and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able and willing to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- 2 plus years of relevant work experience.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Access, and Word systems.
- Special Skills: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to situations.
- Physical requirements: Must be able and willing to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment: Must be able and willing to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at approximately 35 degrees.
Skills
- Strong organization, verbal, and written skills.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Access, and Word systems.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Communication Skills: Strong organization, verbal, and written skills.
