About the role
- This role is responsible for preparing customer-supplied files for both offset and flexographic printing, ensuring all artwork is accurate, print-ready, and meets production standards.
- The ideal candidate has strong experience in file preparation, color correction, and prepress workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform type corrections, color adjustments, and file optimization
- Collaborate with Customer Service and production teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Support color management processes for both Offset and Flexo divisions
- Help support and maintain LTi prepress systems
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required)
- Experience in prepress, file preparation, and print production workflows
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet production schedules
Nice to have
- Prinergy Workflow
- Kodak ColorFlow Pro
- Experience with CGS ORIS proofing software
- Color management experience
- Familiarity with variable data processing
- Experience in folding carton, commercial print, or packaging environments
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
