Maintain and enhance models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate hiring plans, organizational changes, and resource allocation decisions.
Support free cash flow planning, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives in partnership with Corporate FP&A.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.

Must be willing to work in the New York, NY office.
Prior experience in media, streaming, or direct-to-consumer businesses.
Familiarity with SAP, BW, BPC, or similar financial systems.
Comfort with a culture of adaptability with continuous refinement of roles and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, operational finance, or accounting.
Proficiency in PowerPoint.

Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may include additional forms of compensation and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, etc.
Support workforce planning and labor cost forecasting across the TV Networks portfolio, including monthly pacing, quarterly estimates, annual budgets, and long-range planning.

Own the monthly close process for Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger management, and partnership with Controllership.
Prepare and deliver reporting and analysis on headcount, compensation, benefits, and workforce trends to Finance and business leadership.
