Responsibilities
- Lead multiple digital, social and creator programs from kickoff through launch.
- Own project scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Deliver work that is strategically sound, exceptionally organized and flawlessly executed.
- Build Strong Client Partnerships
- Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner for client teams.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful recommendations.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, Brand Experience and Integrated teams to deliver work that works harder.
- Create clarity, accountability and confidence across project teams.
- Lead by example through ownership, organization and a solutions-first mindset.
Requirements
- The Ideal Candidate:
Nice to have
- Has 6-8+ years of agency or marketing experience leading digital programs.
- Thinks strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented.
- Brings informed opinions and isn't afraid to challenge conventional thinking.
- Is a proactive problem solver who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
- Enjoys mentoring others and helping teams do their best work.
- Has experience managing budgets, timelines and client relationships.
- Retail promotions or shopper marketing
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands

Compensation
- The starting salary for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, based on experience.
