Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive, product‑centric technology leadership with a distinguished record of taking complex, enterprise products from early‑stage development through scalable, commercial market launch.
  • Strategic understanding of AI‑enabled and cloud‑based platforms, with proven ability to incorporate modern cloud architectures into long‑term product and portfolio strategy.
  • Recognized expertise in process‑industry customer needs, including process engineering and operational excellence.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to rapidly assess how solutions integrate into customer technology ecosystems and translate that insight into monetization strategies and sustained revenue growth.
  • Working knowledge of process and manufacturing systems, including process historians (e.g., AspenTech IP.21, APRM), EAM, ERP, and MES platforms.
  • Deeply understands the challenges, needs and desires of the customer solution that is required to maximize value creation and build excellent product experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (MBA preferred); deep grounding in plant operations within industrial and manufacturing environments.
