About the role
- The ability to work independently is critical, since you may be the only EMS person at the event based on event size.
- Based on this need to work independently, we are able to consider only paramedics with 911 experience.
- Our events are typically on nights and weekends, but can vary.
Responsibilities
- Maintains clinical competency per regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' 911 paramedics experience required
- High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher required upon hire
- Paramedic - Licensed Paramedic in the state of Kentucky required upon hire AND
- Driver - Valid driver's license and 21 years of age required upon hire
Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
- Works under general supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Applies more advanced skills and knowledge in the area of specialization.
Compensation
- $25k-$75k
