About the role
- This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
- The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

- Design and continuously improve the overall experience, communications, and delivery of benefits programs, maximizing employee well-being and reducing friction for all Asanas.
- Own relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs, leading renewals and ongoing performance management.
- Apply an AI-first approach to streamline benefits administration and case management, creating personalized employee communications.
- Partner with the Head of Global Benefits to own the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada.
- 6+ years of experience in benefits program management, with a track record of owning and scaling health & welfare, and retirement programs.
- Expertise as a benefits administration system administrator or power user, with demonstrated ability to advise on enrollment strategy, data integrity, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of NAMER benefits compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and state paid leave laws); familiarity with Canadian benefits programs is a plus.
- Familiarity with total rewards philosophy and inclusive, equity-informed benefits design.
