Responsibilities

  • As a Managing Director, you will take ownership of strategic client relationships, lead complex engagements, drive business development, and play a critical role in the firm's growth and long-term success.
  • Lead high-impact engagements across a wide range of industries and complex accounting topics.
  • Build and expand long-term client relationships while growing CFGI's market presence.
  • Drive firm initiatives, contribute to thought leadership, and develop the next generation of leaders.

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of client engagements, including engagement strategy, staffing, execution, quality, economics, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive business development through new client acquisition, expansion of existing client relationships, proposal leadership, networking, and market development initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop professionals across all levels while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, consulting, and/or corporate accounting/finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC).

Nice to have

  • Experience with SEC reporting, IPO readiness, registration statements, or public-company financial reporting environments.
  • Experience supporting significant transactions including IPOs, deSPAC transactions, carve-outs, spin-offs, M&A transactions, capital raises, debt offerings, or private equity-backed transactions.
