About the role

They are responsible for educating clients on using the ONYX Reformer, highlighting the transformative impact of our method, and empowering them to overcome the challenges of our dynamic workouts.
It's a role that blends expertise, energy, and the ability to inspire every client to reach their full potential.
Actively participate in team meetings and events.

Support the studio's growth through membership sales and participation in community events.
Outgoing and personable, with a strong desire to build relationships within and outside the community.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
To be considered, you must have the following experience: Taken at least 4 ONYX Classes in the last 60 days.
This requirement ensures you have a real, firsthand understanding of what it takes to coach at ONYX.
Weekdays (M-F): You have availability at least two weekdays to be scheduled anytime between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including midday shifts as needed.
Weekends (S&S): One weekend day per week is required.
You must be available for the weekend day assigned to you between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What We're Looking For: A positive, hardworking individual who loves health, fitness, and the ONYX Method.
Prior group fitness experience is required, with preferred experience in reformer, yoga, Pilates, or barre coaching.
Two years of experience as a group fitness instructor in a gym or boutique setting.
Group fitness experience is essential.

We offer a competitive compensation plan that begins with a starting pay of $52 per class.
