About the role
- The Filler Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and packaging of Kraft Heinz products.
- Basic math and statistical interpretation
- Attention to detail and judgment in evaluating product quality
Responsibilities
- Adjust line speed to optimize performance
- Perform full sanitation and maintain clean work area
- Monitor product temperatures and maintain records
- Support: Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- You will operate filling machines and related equipment such as pouch sealers and formers, monitor product quality, and maintain line efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with verbal/written instructions
- Complete routine cleaning based on required schedules
