About the role
- As a remote-first company, we're focused on providing opportunities for high performing individuals to have deep impact in the fast growing fintech space.
- AMs will work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales AEs, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and leadership to hit growth targets by driving wider adoption of Array's products.
- Pay Transparency: $120,000 + for base salary, depending on experience, this role will also have a commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and deep understanding of the clients goals
- Become a trusted escalation point for clients to help manage key situations, overcome critical challenges and ensure success of collaborative client projects
- Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation by successfully balancing the needs of both the client and Array
Requirements
- Develop a very strong understanding of Array's value propositions and become fluent with key product use cases and applications
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Account Management
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client data and track sales activity
Compensation
- $120,000 + for base salary, depending on experience, this role will also have a commission structure.
- Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
