Ability to exercise independent judgment and use problem-solving skills.
Proficient computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have reverse processing experience
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to mortgage lending: TILA, RESPA, Reg B, Reg C, etc.

Target base salary range is 60-65K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
Job sites, set the estimated salary, not Longbridge Financial.
