Responsibilities

  • Define and execute engine oil technical strategy and roadmap (enterprise + aftermarket) Lead development and validation of new engine-oil formulations and performance improvements, including lab testing and field testing.
  • Lead oil development for new applications (e.g. ethanol engines, alternative fuels) Interface with additive companies, oil blenders, external laboratories, and internal engineering partners.
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and design guidance to engine-development teams.
  • Provide technical and application support to engine-oil projects as a subject matter expert.

Compensation

  • $110k-$164k
