About the role

This is an entry point into a fast-growing EV career.
It's a role for someone early in their career who does clean, reliable work, takes coaching well, and wants to grow into high-voltage diagnostics over time.
Recent graduates of accredited automotive programs are encouraged to apply.

Perform routine maintenance and light reconditioning - brakes, tires, suspension and steering, fluids, filters, wipers, and 12V battery service
Document all work accurately in Ever's internal systems
Support parts handling - receiving, staging, and inventory - as needed
Build EV-specific skills through on-the-job training and manufacturer coursework
Collaborate with recon, inventory, and logistics teams to hit throughput targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Able to perform basic repairs independently - brakes, tires, suspension, fluids, and filters
High-voltage safety awareness, or willingness to obtain certification (Ever supports this)

Valid driver's license with a clean record (must be 21+ to road test per policy)

Foundational understanding of basic electrical theory and safe use of a DVOM (multimeter)
Comfortable with brakes, suspension and steering, and tire and alignment basics
Ability to follow service procedures, checklists, and repair orders
Experience servicing EVs (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, etc.) a plus
Multi-make, high-volume reconditioning experience (CarMax, Carvana, etc.) a plus
ASE entry-level certification, or willingness to pursue A-series certifications, a plus
