Voya Investment Management is seeking a Research Analyst to join its Income & Growth team, responsible for generating high conviction investment insights across the US Financial Services sector.
Specific experience covering the US Banking sector within Financial Services is preferred, though not required.
This role requires deep industry expertise, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to influence portfolio construction decisions.
The analyst will aid in the development of a quantitative screen which will be used to focus on investment ideas consistent with the underlying investment philosophy of the platform.
The analyst will be expected to effectively communicate both in written and oral formats, explain and defend buy and sell ideas to the portfolio managers.
