About the role
- We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent for an exciting project at Mississippi State University.
- As the Construction Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the project from pre-construction through final completion.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- This position requires a proactive leader with commercial construction experience who can drive project performance and maintain RH Design-Build's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing commercial construction projects.
- Experience with construction management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of subcontractors and construction personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
