About the role
- This role works closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk teams to ensure guest areas, back ‑ of ‑ house spaces, and public zones are consistently clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- A great Houseman is proactive, detail ‑ oriented, and takes pride in creating a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with deep ‑ cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high ‑ dusting
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor entryways
- Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, removing trash, and restocking supplies
- Respond promptly to guest and team requests for additional items or support
- Perform light maintenance tasks when appropriate (changing light bulbs, reporting issues, etc.)
- Support event or operational setups by moving furniture, equipment, or supplies
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, orderly spaces
- Reliable, self ‑ motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a service ‑ oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Nice to have
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
